Robin Hood is a classic, beloved tale of adventure, heroic deeds, romance and dastardly villains. But does this newest modernized take on the story live up to it's roots?
There's disdain in the air, as the look and feel of the film fall flat after such an eye pleasing beginning with grand sweeping vistas and spectacular bow and arrow battles.
Robin Hood, King Arthur, and the likes of these classic tales need to be left well alone and only be done if you plan to stick to the look and feel of the times. Unfortunately this one does not follow those guidelines.
